Brassa de Mar in Valencia is a modern dining space, located on the ground floor is the Rice Club – a new space that nods to the region’s main crop. It is only the major ingredient on the menu. Inside, one can rejoice the sleek interior, featuring windows overlooking the Mediterranean sea and sliding panels that divide the space and filtrate the light, which makes the whole effect even more whimsical.
Designed by Francesc Rife Studio, the restaurant is raw – defined by earthly, neutral colours and concrete surfaces with occasional insets of wood. The sense of tranquility exudes from this minimal interior, where surrounding design is a canvas for culinary experiences.
